Our Services

Free Pre-Scan Vehicle Report: Where all available modules will be scanned for faults.
Vehicle Inspection: Our master technician will perform a thorough inspection of your vehicle, checking for any potential issues and offering recommendations to ensure your car's optimal performance.
Fluid Checks and Top-ups: We will check and, if necessary, top up essential fluids such as oil, coolant, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
Tire Inspection and Rotation: Proper tire maintenance is crucial for safety and fuel efficiency. We will inspect your tires for wear and tear and, if needed, perform tire rotation to extend their lifespan.
Battery Health Check: Ensure your vehicle starts reliably. We will assess your battery's health and provide guidance on when it may need replacement.
Q&A Session: Have questions or concerns about your car's maintenance? Our experts will be available for a Q&A session to address your concerns.
Exclusive Discounts: Attendees will have access to exclusive discounts on various auto repair services, including tune-ups, brake inspections, and more.

Ticket Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Notice Periods

14 Days Notice

If you choose to cancel at least 14 days before the Car Care Clinic scheduled session date will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

7 Days Notice

Tickets canceled with at least 7 days notice before the Car Care Clinic scheduled session date will be eligible for a refund amounting to 50% of the ticket price.

*Unfortunately, tickets canceled with less than 3 days notice before the scheduled date of the Event will not be eligible for any refund*

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at wmtx13@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during the ticket purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited back to your account.

Event Changes or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the Event is canceled or rescheduled by the Event Organizer, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of any such changes in a timely manner.

No-shows to the Event will not be eligible for refunds. No refunds will be given once the event has already taken place.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. It is advisable to carefully read and understand these terms before making a purchase.

SHOP liability waiver

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in a Car Care Clinic, I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against WMTX, and its officers and employees (collectively, “Releasees”), on account of injury, property damage, or death arising out of or attributable to my participation in the WMTX Car Care Clinic. I am aware and understand that there is a potential for harm in learning to repair, use, and take part in other activities related to an automotive vehicle. I agree to accept and assume any and all risks of injury, property damage, or death whether caused by the negligence of WMTX or any other party. The material taught in this workshop is intended to provide general information only. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information given in this workshop, this cannot be guaranteed and, as such, does not constitute professional advice for all situations related to an automotive vehicle. I shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WMTX and all other Releasees against all claims made by third-parties that arise out of injuries, property damage, or death arising out of or attributable to my participation in the WMTX Car Care Clinic workshop.
